Usage & Care Instructions:

1. Connect the power adapter to a standard plug or use the car adapter for in-car use.
2. Press the power switch to start the massager.
3. Use the direction button to alternate the massage nodes between forward and reverse rotation.
4. Press the heat button to activate the infrared heating function.
5. After use, turn off the massager and disconnect the plug.
